First Blog

Those of you with the sharpest of eyes may have noticed that this is the first blog I have ever written and I am sure you are all eager to find out what I will be writing about. However, I don’t want to write about a hobby of mine, because like most 14 year olds, I will probably have changed my mind several times before deciding (for the umpteenth time) that I am definitely sure that I want to be a *insert current interest here*. Like the first times with most things that I do, I find myself slightly nervous and therefore writing in a manner that I generally don’t associate with myself. So if you have decided that you like what I write or what I write about, don’t be alarmed when the writing styles change as I progress through my school years – it will either be because I have grown comfortable writing something that can be read by anyone, or it could simply be because I have learnt a new writing style at school and I have a hankering to try it out. … Yes, I did just say hankering …
